In our modern church, pastors have become the end all be all of ministry. Pastors have become professionals who do all the ministry. When pastors are the only ones doing ministry then every other job does not matter the same. In this episode we talk about the factors that have made church function this way. We also talk about how the church can change that culture. All of this fits so nicely into A Theology of Hustle and how we want to value the role all people play in God’s kingdom. This is an episode where we get to delve more into the ‘why’ behind the podcast. I think you are going to get a lot out of hearing from Micah Fries.
