Jenn Hook | Director of Replanted Ministry & Refresh Chicago, Therapist, TBRI Educator

[ep 12] Jenn Hook is the director if Replanted Ministry and Refresh Chicago. She is also someone that I have learned a lot from. Jenn and I met about 4 or so years ago when she approached JJ and I about becoming support group leaders for this fast growing ministry called Replanted. It’s now been four years and we are still leaders. I am now on the Replanted Chicago board and on the planning team for Refresh Chicago, a conference for adoptive and foster families. Jenn just has this infectious love for kids from hard places. She has literally devoted her life to empowering children and parents through Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). Her passion really shows through in this interview. I think you are going to really enjoy hearing from her and learn a lot.
