[138] Joyce Koo Dalrymple is the Pastor of Discipleship and Connections at Wellspring AllianceChurch, where she trains and equips home group leaders, writes sermon-based Bible studies, and leads several Bible studies. She has served as a minister of women and discipleship atReconcile Church, a racially diverse church plant in Duluth, Georgia. She has also served on staff at Perimeter Church in the women’s ministry, leading working moms, newcomers, and widows groups. She has a passion for teaching God’s Word and discipling women.

Joyce Koo Dalrymple is a former television journalist and attorney. She has served as an assistant attorney general for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as a staff attorney for the Eleventh CircuitCourt of Appeals, and as an immigration attorney representing low-income clients. She enjoys writing and public speaking.

Joyce received a BA from Stanford University in English and political science, a JD from BostonCollege, and an MDiv from Metro Atlanta Seminary. She has a passion for caring for vulnerable children and serves on the Board of Promise686, a Christian nonprofit that supports churches and families to care for foster and adoptive children. She co-hosts a podcast for foster, adoptive and spiritual parenting for Christianity Today called Adopting Hope. Joyce and her husband Tim live in Wheaton, IL and have three daughters, including one they adopted from China.
